1. Service Nature

Poiesis is currently an early-stage product (Beta) and is available by invitation only. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind. Features, APIs, and interfaces may change, break, or be removed without prior notice.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Poiesis solely for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use our agents or sandbox environments to conduct malicious activities, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, spamming, or cryptomining.
• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or explicitly offensive content using our LLM integrations.
• Attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or bypass our security or authentication measures.
• Circumvent the rate limits or cost controls implemented within the platform.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Poiesis at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service or behavior that harms our infrastructure or other users.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poiesis and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
