1. Data Storage & Region

All our infrastructure and primary data storage are located in the europe-west4 region (Netherlands) to ensure compliance with European data protection standards (GDPR).

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal necessary data to provide our services:

  • Account Information: Email address and profile information provided via our authentication provider.
  • Usage Data: Interactions with our agents, logs, and schedule configurations.
  • Service Data: Information processed by our LLM providers and sandbox environments on your behalf.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on select third-party services to power Poiesis. By using our service, you agree to their respective data processing:

  • Clerk: For user authentication and identity management.
  • LLM Providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic): For processing natural language tasks. Your data is not used to train their models.
  • IM Platforms (e.g., Telegram, Slack): When you connect Poiesis to your messaging apps, data flows through their networks.
  • E2B Sandbox: For executing code securely.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not share identifiers with third parties for tracking.

  • Authentication cookies (Clerk): Our authentication provider sets essential cookies (e.g. __session, __client_uat) to keep you signed in and secure your session. These are required for the service to function.
  • Functional local storage: We store your interface preferences locally in your browser — language, sidebar state, and admin theme. This data stays on your device, contains no personal identifiers, and is not sent to our servers for tracking.

Because we only use strictly necessary and functional storage, no cookie consent banner is required. If we introduce analytics or similar technologies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
